Kopapa-Taurua rōpū is the New Entrant to Year 2 team.  As teachers, we have many ways of collaborating and reflecting together as a rōpū to make sure we use teacher strengths to best meet the needs of our learners.  On a day to day basis, teachers work together in year-based collaborations to plan learning.  We believe it is important that children and teachers establish strong relationships and for that reason have a focus that is largely home room based.  For some learning areas we move children within the year level to best meet learning needs.  We promote curiosity, creativity, risk taking and communication in learning and enjoy learning from each other.  Come and visit our team, we would love to share our learning with you.
