Enrol at Somerfield


First Steps
This is an important step for a child and parents too. It is easier for all if you are well prepared for this event.
Please contact the school office (332 2364) to arrange a time to meet with either the Principal or Deputy Principal. Also, please come in to the school and pick up an information pack, which contains further information and an enrollment form.

Enrolment Requirements
The following details will be required when enrolling your child:

- Child's full name, date of birth, address and telephone number

- Immunisation certificate -with proof of date on it

- Parents / Guardians / Caregivers initials and occupation

- Health details including allergies, behaviour, medication requirements

- Emergency contact details

- Birth certificate - All enrolments

- Proof of address (for school zone)- A copy of a bill like electricity or phone bill is fine. Rates bills are not accepted.
